FAQ
When did my order ship/can I get a tracking number?
Orders always ship within the week of it being placed, but usually faster. We do not ship orders with tracking.
What are your wholesale/distro rates?
It varies depending on stock/product/etc. Send us an email!
Can you guys design/print my [zine, shirt, buttons, etc]?
More than likely- we’ve upgraded to a full print-on-demand service to help you put your project out without breaking your bank. Shoot us an email with your ideas and we’ll work it out.
The [design/print/colorway] isn’t to my liking. What should I do?
I don’t know what you should do. I don’t really know what you mean. We tout EVERYWHERE that everything is made unique. Everything is printed by hand/dyed by hand/bound by hand/cut by hand and so on. The whole point of BOTY is that you’re getting something actually MADE by our collective group of artists. If you’d like something mass-produced in China or whatever, go to the mall.
Exchanges?
Softgoods, sorta. Zines, no. We work as most companies- you want a different size? Ship it back. The product must be unworn/as new as it came. Pretty simple.
Refunds?
Softgoods, sorta. Zines, no.
As 99% of the goods that come out of our shop is likely made unique (whether it’s hand-printed or hand-dyed or whatever), we usually cannot facilitate effective refunds as our batches are fairly specific and unique to the week/month/project.
Regardless, get in touch with whatever problem you might have so we can remedy it!

We ship via Canada Post air. Based on feedback from customers I’d say its something like this:
Canada: 1 - 2 weeks
USA: 1.5 - 3 weeks
International: 3 - 8 weeks (depending on how far away you are from Canada)
Please, if you live in the UK, Australia, Europe, Japan, etc., remember that we’re on the other side of the planet, your order won’t be there in 2 days. Just chill and be patient! It’s in the mail. Thanks!
